30 Night Tryout

Thomashilfen offers a 30 Night Try Out period with the option to return the mattress if it does not meet your needs. Please retain the original packaging throughout the trial period. The customer must retain the original packaging during the course of the 30 Night Try out Period, or may be subject to an additional box charge in the event that the product is returned.

If you determine that the mattress is not the right fit for your needs please contact us by phone at Tel: 866.870.2122 or email us: info@thomashilfen.com to request an RMA number.

Upon issue of an RMA, please request assistance with the return shipping as due to the size it will be more than likely the return will be picked up by a freight company versus a UPS. When Thomashilfen receives the returned product, the full cost will be refunded (excluding shipping cost to send the product to the customer and, any return shipping cost accrued by Thomashilfen. Please allow up to 14 days after Thomashilfen receives the return for processing.)

Products that have been damaged due to water, smoke or fire damage, other wear damage, or damage due to incorrect storage or use of an improper bed frame by the user may not receive the full product refund, depending upon the damage incurred.  (Please see product instructions for proper bed frame/support and storage methods.)
